Gala Dinner (£30,000)
The prestigious annual RenewableUK Gala Dinner will be held at a location to be confirmed on the evening of Wednesday 3rd November 2010. Over 500 people will attend the dinner, which is a Black Tie event.
The sponsor will be entitled to:
- exclusive branding with RenewableUK at the Gala Dinner
- a private pre-dinner reception
- a brief welcome address as soon as guests as seated for dinner
- 5 complimentary three-day conference passes
- branding on the RenewableUK 2010 website and marketing communications
- listed as a sponsor in the Conference and Exhibition Guides
- a complimentary full page advert in the Conference and Exhibition Guides
- option to place an insert in the delegate/exhibitor/visitor bags
- option to provide gifts for dinner guests (e.g. branded chocolates).
Conference Reception (£10,000)
The Conference Reception will take place at the end of Day One (2nd November 2010) at the Glasgow Science Centre, just across the river from the SECC, and will be attended by over 300 guests.
The sponsor will be entitled to:
- exclusive branding with RenewableUK at the reception
- the opportunity to give a brief welcome speech at the reception
- a complimentary full page full colour advert in the conference programme
- 3 complimentary three-day conference passes
- branding on the RenewableUK 2010 website and marketing communications
- listed as a sponsor in the Conference and Exhibition Guides
- a complimentary full page advert in the Conference and Exhibition Guides
- option to place an insert in the delegate/exhibitor/visitor bags.
Conference Programme (£10,000)
The Conference Programme will be given to every conference delegate, featuring detailed information about the conference sessions as well as speakers and session chairs. The programme will be responsibly produced, using responsible print practices.
The sponsor will be entitled to:
- exclusive branding with RenewableUK on the front cover of the Conference Programme and at the bottom of each spread
- a complimentary full page, full colour advert on the inside front cover of the Conference Programme
- a complimentary full page, full colour advert in the Exhibition Guide
- 3 complimentary three-day conference passes
- branding on the RenewableUK 2010 website and marketing communications
- listed as a sponsor in the Conference and Exhibition Guides
- option to place an insert in the delegate/exhibitor/visitor bags.
Conference Delegate Bags (£10,000)
The Conference Delegate bags will be given to every conference delegate, containing the conference programme, exhibition guide, a copy of RenewableUK's quarterly magazine Real Power, as well as sponsors' literature. The bags will be responsibly produced, made of sustainable materials.
The sponsor will be entitled to:
- exclusive branding with RenewableUK on the conference delegate bags
- a complimentary full page, full colour advert in the Conference Programme and
- Exhibition Guide
- 3 complimentary three-day conference passes
- branding on the RenewableUK 2010 website and marketing communications
- listed as a sponsor in the Conference and Exhibition Guides

Exhibitor/Visitor Bags (£10,000)
The Exhibitor/Visitor bags will be given to every exhibitor and exhibition visitor, containing the exhibition guide, a copy of RenewableUK's quarterly magazine Real Power, as well as sponsors' literature. The bags will be responsibly produced, made of sustainable materials.
The sponsor will be entitled to:
- exclusive branding with RenewableUK on the exhibitor/visitor bags
- a complimentary full page, full colour advert in the Conference Programme and Exhibition Guide

Water Coolers in Exhibition Hall (£10,000)
Water coolers will be provided around the exhibition hall for any attendee to take a drink of water. The water coolers and paper cups can be branded with your company's logo and colour scheme. Recycling bins will be provided for disposal of the paper cups.
The sponsor will be entitled to:
- exclusive branding with RenewableUK on the water coolers and paper cups
- a complimentary full page, full colour advert in the Conference Programme and Exhibition Guide
- 3 complimentary three-day conference passes
- branding on the RenewableUK 2010 website and marketing communications

Massage Therapy Point (£7,000)
Take the opportunity to give delegates a break from conferencing and networking by hosting a massage therapy point within the exhibition hall. RenewableUK will provide masseurs who will bring their own massage chair to give delegates a free head and shoulder massage. The sponsor will be entitled to:
- a 9 square metre stand (stand 18) to use as your own stand, but also to include a 1 metre square space for the masseurs. A banner will be provided above to direct delegates.
- a complimentary full page, full colour advert in the Conference Programme and Exhibition Guide
- 2 complimentary three-day conference passes
- branding on the RenewableUK 2010 website and marketing communications
- listed as a sponsor in the Conference and Exhibition Guides

Online Conference Proceedings (£5,000)
The Conference Proceedings will be posted online approximately two weeks after the event. The proceedings will include copies of the powerpoint presentations and audio recordings of each session.
The sponsor will be entitled to:
- exclusive branding with RenewableUK on the proceedings home page and headline branding on all additional proceedings web pages
- a complimentary full page, full colour advert in the Conference Programme and Exhibition Guide
- 2 complimentary three-day conference passes
- branding on the RenewableUK 2010 website and marketing communications
- listed as a sponsor in the Conference and Exhibition Guides
- option to place an insert in the conference delegate and exhibitor/visitor bags.
Lunch, Tea & Coffee Breaks (£3,000 per day)
Dedicated areas for lunch, tea and coffee breaks will be set up within the exhibition hall, where all conference delegates and exhibitors may obtain complimentary refreshments.
The sponsor will be entitled to:
- exclusive branding with RenewableUK within the lunch break, tea and coffee area(s) (to be provided by the sponsor)
- a complimentary full page, full colour advert in the Conference Programme and Exhibition Guide
- 1 complimentary one-day conference pass

Terms and conditions of sponsorship
- Priority in allocating sponsorship is given to members of RenewableUK
- All event collateral will be designed by RenewableUK
- All adverts are to be designed by the sponsor and supplied by the given deadline
- Full payment must be received before the event commences
