Exhibitors included wind turbine and wave & tidal device manufacturers, developers, contractors, consultants, suppliers/service companies, electricity generators/utilities, financiers, insurance companies, component/materials manufacturers, research institutes, engineers, recruitment consultants and more.

How to book a stand
- View the exhibition floorplan and select your 3 preferred stand numbers.
- The rates to exhibit are outlined in the table below. Download and complete the Exhibition Contract, circling the appropriate rate for your company, cross-checking your level of corporate membership with the RenewableUK Member Directory.
- Fax your form to Veronika Sucha, FAX +44 (0)20 7901 3001.
- Stands will be allocated on a strictly first-come-first-served basis on receipt of a signed application form. RenewableUK regrets that stands cannot be reserved by phone or email.
- Please remember to submit the information for the Conference Guide in good time.
- Consider buying an advert in the Conference Guide to raise the profile of your company further.

Notes
- All prices exclude VAT.
- All stands must be paid for within 30 days of invoice date, or prior to the opening of the exhibition, whichever is sooner. The early-bird 10% discount applies to stands booked on or before 28th February 2010 and paid within 30 days of invoice date. Standard rate applies to stands booked on or after 1st March 2010.
- The reduced rates for Sponsoring and Company level members apply to those organisations who have paid a direct membership fee to RenewableUK to be a fully paid member at Sponsoring or Company level up to and including 31st December 2010.

- Allocation of stands is strictly on a first-come first-served basis on receipt of a signed contract, according to availability. RenewableUK regrets that stands cannot be reserved by phone or email. RenewableUK’s decision is final.
- All exhibitors are entitled to an area 3 metres wide x 1 metre deep, a table, 2 chairs and access to one power socket (exhibitors must not place any display materials outside of this given area); 1 x 50 word company profile and 1 x contact details listing in the Conference Guide (note deadline of 9th April 2010); 2 x complimentary passes including lunches and coffee breaks; entrance to the Conference Reception (to be held at the same venue, 19.00-21.00 Tuesday 25th May).
