Notes and Conditions

  • The Early-bird discount for exhibition booking closed on 30-Sept-2011.
  • Stands are allocated on a first-come-first-served on receipt of a signed contract.
  • Stands cannot be reserved by phone or email.
  • Member discounts are only applied if a company is a member at the time of booking.
  • All prices are per square metre (m2) and are subject to VAT.
  • Full terms and conditions are found on Page 2 of the exhibition contract.

Booking Process

  • STEP 1: View the Exhibition Floorplan and select your 3 preferred stand numbers.
  • STEP 2: Download and complete the Exhibition Contract. Circle the appropriate rate for your company, (cross-checking your level of corporate membership with the RenewableUK Member Directory), and whether you want Shell scheme or Space only.
  • STEP 3: Send your signed scanned form to Cassandra Gray by fax or email.
  • STEP 4: RenewableUK reviews and confirms the booking then issues an invoice.

SHELL SCHEME / FULL SERVICE
Includes back and side walls, carpeting (grey), 1x company name board, 1x table and 2x chairs per stand. Also included are 1x electric point and 2x spotlights per 9 m2.

Space Only stands offer space only - no carpet, walling, sockets, lighting or furniture - all of which must be arranged by and at the expense of the exhibitor.
