Delegate registration and pass prices

Various passes are available, including conference passes, exhibition visitor passes, and session upgrade options for visitors. Please note the following:

  • Pre-registation for this event is essential. On-site registrations at the event venue are subject to an additional 10% on-site surcharge (pre-register online to avoid this).
  • All prices are subject to UK VAT. Payment by invoice closes on Friday 11-May-2012. After this date all payments must be paid using a Credit Card.

  • Early-bird: Early-bird booking discounts
    apply only to Conference Passes booked by
    10-February-2012.

  • Single Session Upgrade: Exhibiton Visitors may upgrade and book to attend one conference session of their choice for £69.

  •  

  • RenewableUK members: Reduced rates apply for RenewableUK Sponsoring and Company Level member companies that have paid membership fees up to and including 31-December-2012.

  •  

  • Academic, Charities, Government & NGOs: These organisations may book to attend the conference at reduced rates. Passes must be booked by contacting Ten Alps directly.

  •  

  • University Students: May book to attend the conference at reduced rates (£45 per day), or attend just the exhibition free of charge. Passes must be booked by contacting Ten Alps directly, providing a copy of your NUS/student card and an official letter from the head of your university, department or institution proving your full time student status.
