Over 20 companies active in the health and safety energy sector will exhibit at the event. Promote your company's products and services by exhibiting at this, the industry's leading event. The exhibition is open to registered conference delegates only.

Booking Process:
- STEP 1: View the exhibition plan and select your 3 preferred stand numbers.
- STEP 2: Download and complete the Exhibition Contract. Be sure to circle the appropriate rate for your company, (cross-checking your level of corporate membership with the RenewableUK Member Directory). Please note that stands are allocated on a strictly first-come-first-served basis on receipt of a signed application form. Stands cannot be reserved by phone or email.
- STEP 3: Send your form to Cassandra Gray, FAX +44 (0)20 7901 3001.
- STEP 4: RenewableUK reviews and confirms the booking then issues an invoice.
Notes:
- All prices are per stand and exclude VAT.
- * The early-bird rate (10% discount) applies to stands booked on or before 31 August 2011 and paid within 30 days of invoice date, or the standard rate will apply. Standard rate applies to stands booked on or after 1st September 2011.
- All stands must be paid for within 30 days of invoice date, or prior to the opening of the exhibition, whichever is sooner, or stands cannot be guaranteed.
- For detailed terms and conditions of booking and payment, please refer to RenewableUK’s standard terms and conditions, outlined on page 2 of the exhibition contract.
- Allocation of stands is strictly on a first-come first-served basis on receipt of a signed contract, according to availability. RenewableUK regrets that stands cannot be reserved by phone or email.
- Stand includes: 3mx1.5m area, 1 table, 2 chairs, access to power socket, no walls.
- All exhibitors are entitled to: 2 complimentary passes including lunches, coffee breaks and entrance to the Conference Reception (to be held at the same venue, the eve before the conference), 1 x 50 word company description in the Conference Programme (note deadline of 16 December 2011) and a direct link from the exhibitors list to the exhibitors’ websites.
- By signing the contract exhibitors agree to RenewableUK's terms and conditions as outlined in the exhibition contract.
