RenewableUK members

Early-bird booking discounts apply only to Conference Passes booked by 30-March-2011

Single Session Offer
Exhibitors or visitors may upgrade and book to attend one conference session of their choice for just £69+VAT. This is valid for one chosen session per delegate.

Students
Students may attend the conference & exhibition for £45+VAT per day, or alternatively attend just the exhibition free of charge. Please note that if you apply for a student registration you should provide a copy of your NUS card and an official letter from the head of your university, department or institution proving your full time student status. Concession passes must be booked by contacting Ten Alps directly.

Academics and charities
Registered charities and academics may book to attend the conference for just £125+VAT per day. Concession passes must be booked by contacting Ten Alps directly.


Terms and conditions

  • The Early-Bird rate will apply to bookings made on or before 30th March 2011 and paid within 30 days. If payment is not received within 30 days, the standard rate will apply.
  • Payment Terms are 30 days from date of booking or immediately if the booking is made within 4 weeks of the event.
  • RenewableUK operates a no-payment-no-entry policy. Payments must be made in full prior to the event or delegates will be refused entry.
  • For cancellations made more than 56 days before the event date a cancellation fee of 50% of the invoice value will be applicable. Cancellations cannot be accepted within 56 days of the event date and the full fee will be charged. Changes to delegate names can be made at any time, but delegate places may not be shared.
  • For payments made by invoice an administration fee of £9.95 per booking will apply. To avoid this surcharge please book online by credit or debit card.
  • RenewableUK reserves the right to change the advertised speaker programme due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Accommodation is not included in the delegate fee.
  • Payment by invoice closes 1 month before all events, after this point payment must be made by credit card.

Carbon Offsetting

Please consider compensating for your carbon dioxide emissions for your travel to RenewableUK's conferences. This can be added during the delegate registration process.

 

Delegate traveling within the UK = £5
For the cost of £5 you can compensate for an average return flight within the UK or up to 500 miles return journey in a standard petrol car.

 

Delegate traveling from outside the UK = £10
For the cost of £10 you can compensate for a return flight to the UK of up to 1000 miles.

 

The price of compensating for one tonne of carbon dioxide is set at £27.60 which is based on the shadow price of carbon, an estimated value of the damage caused by one tonne of carbon dioxide, calculated independently by the British Government.
