Priority in allocating sponsorship opportunities at RenewableUK events is given to members. For information about joining RenewableUK visit the membership pages.

Opportunities available

Conference Reception (Available - £10,000)

The official Conference Reception is a fantastic event to sponsor - a popular networking reception attended by over 300 guests. The reception will be held at Tate Liverpool on the famous Albert Dock.
The sponsor will be entitled to:

• exclusive branding with RenewableUK at the reception
• the opportunity to give a brief welcome speech at the reception
• a complimentary full page full colour advert in both the Conference Programme and Exhibition Guide
• 5 complimentary conference passes, including access to the Conference Reception and complimentary access to the conference proceedings
• branding on the event website and marketing communications
• profiled as a sponsor in both the Conference Programme and Exhibition Guide
• option to place an insert in both the conference delegate bags and exhibitor/visitor bags.

Exhibitors' Reception (Available - £7,000)

The exhibitors reception will be held at the end of day one within the exhibition hall, offering the chance for delegates and exhibitors to meet over a drink to discuss the day's events.
The sponsor will be entitled to:

• branding with RenewableUK at the reception
• the opportunity to give a brief welcome speech at the reception
• a complimentary full page full colour advert in both the Conference Programme and Exhibition Guide
• 3 complimentary conference passes, including access to the Conference Reception and complimentary access to the conference proceedings
• branding on the event website and marketing communications
• profiled as a sponsor in both the Conference Programme and Exhibition Guide
• option to place an insert in both the conference delegate bags and exhibitor/visitor bags.

Internet Zone (Available - £5,000)

The internet zone will be situated within the exhibition hall, branded with the sponsors’ logo. A suite of PCs will be available for attendees to use and gain free internet access during the event.
The sponsor will be entitled to:

• exclusive branding with RenewableUK at the internet zone
• a complimentary full page, full colour advert in both the Conference Programme and Exhibition Guide
• 3 complimentary conference passes, including access to the Conference Reception and complimentary access to the conference proceedings
• branding on the event website and marketing communications
• profiled as a sponsor in both the Conference Programme and Exhibition Guide
• option to place an insert in the delegate bags.

Water Fountains and Branded Cups (Available - £5,000)

Water fountains will be placed around the exhibition hall for attendees to use. The sponsor will have their logo profiled on the paper cups and on each fountain. The fountains will be connected to or refilled from the mains (not using bottled spring water).
The sponsor will be entitled to:

• exclusive branding with RenewableUK on the paper cups and water fountains
• a complimentary full page, full colour advert in both the Conference Programme and Exhibition Guide
• 3 complimentary conference passes
• branding on the event website and marketing communications
• profiled as a sponsor in both the Conference Programme and Exhibition Guide
• option to place an insert in both the conference delegate bags and exhibitor/visitor bags.

Day 2 Lunch Break (Available - £3,000)

The sponsor will be entitled to:

• exclusive branding with RenewableUK at the lunch service points
• a complimentary full page, full colour advert in both the Conference Programme and Exhibition Guide
• 2 complimentary conference passes, including access to the Conference Reception and complimentary access to the conference proceedings
• branding on the event website and marketing communications
• profiled as a sponsor in both the Conference Programme and Exhibition Guide
• option to place an insert in both the conference delegate bags and exhibitor/visitor bags.

Conference Proceedings (Available - £3,000)

The conference proceedings will be posted online approximately three weeks post event, giving conference delegates access to copies of presentations, plus audio/video
recordings of sessions.
The sponsor will be entitled to:

• headline branding with RenewableUK on the proceedings home page and branding on each additional page
• a complimentary full page, full colour advert in both the Conference Programme and Exhibition Guide
• 2 complimentary conference passes, including access to the Conference Reception and complimentary access to the conference proceedings
• branding on the event website and marketing communications
• profiled as a sponsor in both the Conference Programme and Exhibition Guide
• option to place an insert in both the conference delegate bags and exhibitor/visitor bags.
