Sponsorship

Priority in allocating sponsorship opportunities at RenewableUK events is given to members. For information about joining the UK's leading renewable energy association, visit the RenewableUK membership pages.

Conference Reception (Available - £7,500)

A networking reception will be held at the end of Day One, between 5.30pm and 9.00pm, in the Science Mall at the Science Centre. The sponsor will be entitled to:

• exclusive branding with RenewableUK at the reception
• the opportunity to give a brief welcome speech at the reception
• a complimentary full page full colour advert in the conference programme
• 5 complimentary conference passes
• branding on the event website and marketing communications
• listed as a sponsor in the conference programme
• option to place an insert in the delegate bags.

Conference Programme (Available - £5,000)

The Conference Programme will be given to every delegate, featuring detailed information about the conference sessions, speakers and session chairs, as well as exhibitor profiles. The programme will be responsibly produced, using responsible print practices. The sponsor will be entitled to:

• exclusive branding with RenewableUK on the front cover of the Conference Programme and at the bottom of each spread
  
• a complimentary full page, full colour advert on the inside
  front cover of the Conference Programme
• 3 complimentary conference passes
• branding on the event website and marketing communications
• option to place an insert in the delegate bags.

Delegate Bags (Available - £5,000)

A delegate bags will be given to every attendee, containing the conference programme, a copy of RenewableUK’s quarterly magazine Real Power, as well as all event sponsors’ literature. The bags will be responsibly produced, made of sustainable materials. The sponsor will be entitled to:

• exclusive branding with RenewableUK on the delegate bags
• a complimentary full page, full colour advert in the Conference Programme
• 3 complimentary conference passes
• branding on the event website and marketing communications
• listed as a sponsor in the Conference Programme
• option to place an insert in the delegate bags.

Lanyards (Available - £5,000)

Lanyards are the ribbons that hold name badges and one will be given to every delegate. They will be responsibly produced, made of sustainable materials. The sponsor will be entitled to:

• exclusive branding on the lanyards
• a complimentary full page, full colour advert in theConference Programme
• 3 complimentary conference passes
• branding on the event website and marketing communications
• listed as a sponsor in the Conference Programme
• option to place an insert in the delegate bags.

Tea & Coffee Breaks (Available - £2,000 each day or £3K for both)

A complimentary lunch is offered to all conference delegates and exhibitors each day. The sponsor will be entitled to:

• exclusive branding with RenewableUK at the lunch servicepoints
• a complimentary full page, full colour advert in both the Conference Programme and Exhibition Guide
• 2 complimentary conference passes, including access to the Conference Reception and complimentary access to the conference proceedings
• branding on the event website and marketing communications profiled as a sponsor in both the Conference Programme and Exhibition Guide
• option to place an insert in the delegate bags.
