Over 40 companies active in the UK wave and tidal stream energy sector will exhibit at the event. Exhibition stand bookings are now open. We strongly advise that bookings are made early in order to avoid disappointment. To book a stand, please refer to the exhibition plan, choose your preferred three stand numbers and then complete and fax back the form. RenewableUK regrets that stands cannot be reserved by email or phone.

Terms and conditions of booking
By completing and returning a signed exhibition contract, all exhibitors agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
- All stands must be paid for within 30 days of receipt of contract and prior to the opening of the exhibition. Early-bird rate applies to stands booked on or before 31st October 2009. Standard rate applies to stands booked on or after 1st November 2009. Stands booked within 30 days of the event must also be paid for before the event opens.
- Member rates apply to RenewableUK Sponsoring and Company level members only, who have paid a direct membership fee up until 31st December 2010. All prices exclude VAT.
- Each exhibition stand area will be 3 metres wide by 2 metres deep. Shell scheme will be provided for all stands, along with 2 chairs, 1 table, company nameboard and 1 power socket. There will be no option for Space Only stands at this event.
- Allocation of stands is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis on receipt of a signed form and stands are subject to availability. RenewableUK’s decision is final.
- All exhibitors are entitled to a company profile in the conference programme, consisting of one company address, telephone number, fax number, email address and website per exhibitor, plus one 50 word description (deadline for these details is 31st January 2010) and one complimentary conference pass and one complimentary exhibitor pass per stand. Additional exhibitor staff passes may be purchased for £59+VAT. Please contact Ten Alps Live to book passes.
