Sponsorship

Eve of Conference Reception (Available - £10,000)

The eve of conference networking reception will take place on Wednesday 14th March. The sponsor will be entitled to:

• exclusive branding with RenewableUK at the reception
• the opportunity to give a brief welcome speech at the reception
• a complimentary full page full colour advert in the conference programme
• 5 complimentary conference passes
• branding on the event website and marketing communications
• listed as a sponsor in the conference programme
• option to place an insert in the delegate bags.

Conference Programme (Available - £5,000)

The Conference Programme will be given to every delegate, featuring detailed information about the conference sessions, speakers and session chairs, as well as exhibitor profiles. The programme will be responsibly produced, using responsible print practices. The sponsor will be entitled to:

• exclusive branding with RenewableUK on the front cover of the Conference Programme and at the bottom of each spread
• a complimentary full page, full colour advert on the inside front cover of the Conference Programme
• 3 complimentary conference passes
• branding on the event website and marketing communications
• option to place an insert in the delegate bags.

Delegate Bags (Available - £5,000)

A delegate bags will be given to every attendee, containing the conference programme, a copy of RenewableUK’s quarterly magazine Real Power, as well as all event sponsors’ literature. The bags will be responsibly produced, made of sustainable materials. The sponsor will be entitled to:

• exclusive branding with RenewableUK on the delegate bags
• a complimentary full page, full colour advert in the Conference Programme
• 3 complimentary conference passes
• branding on the event website and marketing communications
• listed as a sponsor in the Conference Programme
• option to place an insert in the delegate bags.

Conference Proceedings (Available - £2,000)

The Conference Proceedings will be posted online within one week of the event. The proceedings will include copies of the powerpoint presentations from each session. The sponsor will be entitled to:

• headline branding on the proceedings web page(s)
• a complimentary full page, full colour advert in the Conference Programme
• 2 complimentary conference passes
• branding on the event website and marketing communications
• listed as a sponsor in the Conference Programme
• option to place an insert in the delegate bags.

Catering Areas / Tea and Coffee Breaks (Available - £2,000)

A complimentary lunch is offered to all conference delegates and exhibitors: The sponsor will be entitled to:

• exclusive branding with RenewableUK at the lunch service points
• a complimentary full page, full colour advert in the Conference Programme
• 2 complimentary conference passes
• branding on the event website and marketing communications
• listed as a sponsor in the Conference Programme
• option to place an insert in the delegate bags.

Internet vouchers for delegates (Available - £1,500)

The sponsor will be entitled to:

• Sponsor logo on voucher for each delegate
• Sponsors homepage to appear when delegates log in
• a complimentary full page, full colour advert in the Conference Programme
• 1 complimentary conference passes
• branding on the event website and marketing communications
• listed as a sponsor in the Conference Programme
